I mixed milk, plain and some G&Bs fruit and nut chocolate in the cake - still very chocolatey but the small bits of hazelnut and raisins added to the texture (giving little surprises). Kept it simple on top - again mixed milk and plain chocolate with the cream so not too rich. I didn’t fully combine cream and chocolate so you had a marbled effect when you cut it. Finally, flake crumbled with eggs. Delish!
