Happy Easter Nigella! This is a special Easter for us, as it’s our first as a married couple. It was also made all the more special by partaking in your Cookalong! My mother in law and I love watching your cooking episodes and really bonded over this particular recipe as she has also made a spectacular version of your Easter Egg Nest Cake. It was my first time making this Cake and hubby and I loved the “soufflé-like” gooey texture inside and the meringue chewiness of the outside. Thank you for filling homes all over the world with your warm creations. Light and love this Easter xx
