I make this every year since Feast was published. So it’s become a family tradition and everyone looks forward to eating it. When the cake has cooled and I see the sunken middle it feels like I have messed it up but then you fill the crater and it comes good again. The perfect dessert. Not too rich but delicious and chocolatey. Thank you Nigella.
