This is the first time I've ever made a flourless cake and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I was glad it was flourless when I went shopping for the ingredients as the flour shelves were completely bare (thanks to COVID19 lock down)! I sprinkled some dark chocolate shavings on top of the chocolate cream and finished with Mini Eggs. Wonderful. I think this will become a firm family favourite.
