I make this cake every Easter. I surrounded it this year with wild flowers I have picked on my daily permitted walk in this time of lockdown. At the moment, I'm watching Nigella Bites et al most evenings on YouTube to both inspire and comfort me. My copy of Feast has fallen apart I've used it so much and has a 'scratch and sniff' quality as I have spilt so much food on it over the years!
