Really enjoyed creating and baking Nigella's nest cake. This will be a favourite of ours in the future with the added bonus of being gluten free. I added a vermicelli noodles coated in chocolate for the decorative nest on top with a chocolate egg, creme egg, mini eggs and a cheeky chick!
