Long time reader, second time cooking-along. The whip cream was a bit over whipped but no matter because it did it’s job. The bitterness of the chocolate cream balanced the sweet and richly dense cake. We would make this again in a heartbeat. Also shout-out to the local dollar store who had the candy eggs for sale on Easter morning, crisis averted.
