Making this a little late for Easter celebrations! My other half LOVES this cake and has already declared it the winner!!! Bit of a worry as there are only 2 of us in the house and we’re in lockdown!. I’ll look forward to making this next year for Easter and sharing with family. Recipe was so easy to follow.
