Made this for the first time today for Easter dinner. It is so light, rich and decadent and a huge hit with my boys. It will be my go to for any holiday from now on, perhaps with fresh berries on top! Not gonna lie, my heart skipped a beat when I saw it sinking while cooling...but wouldn't have it any other way, perfectly imperfect little nest for the colorful eggs. Thank you Nigella!!!
