This is my inaugural attempt and was decorated by my five year old son Isaac. Due to the panic buying, there was no dark chocolate left in the shops and I had to use milk chocolate instead. However, it was delicious, light and will now become part of our regular Easter celebrations. We gave half the cake away to some friends who are self isolating, and who also enjoyed it!
