Because candy coated chocolate Easter eggs are not available in the average supermarket here in Austria, I chose to decorate the cake with Easter custard creams. I had pared down the recipe for a smaller cake as there are just the two of us for this unusual Easter. But with the cookies?! We’ll have our work cut out for us. Happy Easter everyone!
