This was the first time baking this cake - perfect for me as I have a gluten intolerance. The cake didn't dip as much as expected when cooling, but I applied the topping roughly to maintain the nest-like effect. It was a really hot day which made making the chocolate cream topping a bit tricky but really pleased with how it turned out.
