Wanted to make this cake, but alas, corona induced lockdown here in Vienna and no sugar Easter eggs, not enough cream in my house. Since we’re only supposed to go out if it’s essential and I had chocolate and eggs - I swapped half the cream with Gervais (can totally recommend, I liked that note) and decorated with coffee caramel instead of chocolate eggs. The virus can stay out there, I‘ll have my slightly improvised cake in here.
