When I married my Swiss husband 12 years ago my mother-in-law gave me a chocolate cake recipe call "croustimoelleux au chocolat" and surprisingly your recipe is nearly the same as her and is my husband's favorite cake. Being Mauritian I added a tablespoon of gold rum in the chocolate/butter mixture. We are going to eat our cake on Easter day tomorrow!
