Nigella’s Easter Cake for April’s Cookalong. I’m gluten free and have to say this cake tastes amazing and such a great cake to bake. Unfortunately I couldn’t get any cream so had to make water ganache instead but I’d like to think it’s as tasty but perhaps not as rich as it should be. This will be our Easter cake tomorrow and I’ll be sharing it with family and leaving it on their doorstep as we can’t be spending Easter together this year.
