Made the Easter Cake last night, finishing it off with the topping this morning ready for our Easter lunch this afternoon. It went soooo well (except for my stand mixer starting to smoke while beating the egg whites!). I didn’t change a thing and the recipe was so clear and simple to follow. I will be getting my kids to make it for family once the lockdown is lifted! Thank you!
