My nine year old daughter, Emily, and I made the nest cake for our Easter weekend. She very much wanted to incorporate her bunnies into the picture. As we live in Portugal, we couldn’t get mini eggs easily while under quarantine so used Portuguese sugared Easter chocolates instead. We also could not get hold of double cream so the centre was a little more like mousse but delicious nonetheless! Emily wants to be a chef just like you when she grows up!
