The main cake I followed Nigellas recipe which went much better than expected thanks to Nigella explaining that if any bits fell off they could be stuck on! Awesome and stress free! Anyway mine turned out neater and better than expected. The topping I changed to milk chocolate as this is a favourite in the family topped with white chocolate eggs! When finished I decided to take it into work where I’m a Research nurse working in the NHS doing Covid 19 trials and share with my team that have volunteered to come in over the Easter weekend. As so stress free I can make another for the family X
