Ava made this almost completely unaided and is very proud of her creation - unfortunately this extends to not wanting any of us to eat it! I only had extra dark chocolate (85%) so we used 200g instead of 250g in the cake and only 100g in the cream. It was still slightly too dark so we added a big teaspoon of runny honey which just took the edge off without overly sweetening. Great recipe and one which we will definitely use again!
