It’s so messy but I’m really proud. I've never made anything like this before. I thoroughly enjoyed cooking this it calmed me a lot. Handy that it’s gluten free as well so I don’t feel like I've substituted anything!! My only problem was getting it out of the tin once it cooled. I really worried it all went wrong but the cream helped rebuild it.
