The first time I baked these delicious scones they disappeared so fast that I couldn't take any picture of them. Now , well prepared ahead with homemade strawberry- rhubarb jam and creme fraiche I was fast and quiet... I didn't change anything but added 2 tablespoons of caster sugar. They are crunchy outside and moist inside, delicious!!!
