Easy to bake and so scrumptious and incredibly easy to eat. Substituted cream of tartar with baking powder. I did reduce the amount of salt a tad. It was gone in seconds... #truestory. Didn't have clotted cream so made do with butter and generous spoonfuls of jam. Thankyou for the recipe.
