Homemade Scones and Feijoa jam with cream for breakfast.. Scones are our family favourite which we sometimes have for breakfast and sometimes in the afternoon with tea.. This is the first time I have made scones using cream of tartar and they turned out great. I made sultana scones from half of the dough and the kept the other half plain .I made Feijoa jam yesterday as it’s Feijoa season at the moments in Melbourne and decided to eat the scones with them rather than using the strawberry jam for a change, which turned out to be a great combination.
