When Lily's Scones visit Arabia. Ground pistachios and orange zest in the dough. The cream is spiked with orange blossom and I enjoyed mine with marmalade and a cup of tea. I adorned the scones with some more pistachios and rose petals. I found the recipe simple to follow and I love that the dough was able to rise beautifully without the need to add soda water.
