Besides making the pavlova I also created a cocktail to go along with the pavlova. The cocktail contains 50ml Rutte Dry gin, 25ml lime juice, 10ml rose syrup, few strawberries and one egg white. First muddle the strawberries in a shaker and add the other ingredients. Dry shake, shake and fine strain. To garnish I used powdered dried
