This gorgeous pavlova is always a winner and a pleasure to make. Everybody loves it. Some rhubarb - which I can't resist when in season - amongst the strawberries. For more passionfruit, also one of my favourites, I put a layer of curd on top of the meringue before the cream. Still all the different flavours came out very nice.
