This pavlova recipe is amazing! We topped it with strawberries and raspberries and a lemon and raspberry coulis. The yolks didn’t go to waste either, a lemon curd has been made from them. We topped the pavlova with some homegrown cornflowers, which added that extra bit of Summer to it!
