I have been curious about this recipe since seeing it on the television program. It is definitely a tasty dessert that I will be making again. As I couldn’t find passion fruit, I improvised and added peaches to the strawberries. I also used red wine vinegar in place of the white wine vinegar and ended up with a most pleasantly pink meringue.
