My rendition of a Nigella’s pavlova with an extra touch of mint for taste and color. Also added condensed milk to the cream instead of half the sugar. Made it for a dairy themed evening with friends Loved making it! Always was carful with meringue, never even thought about adding stuff to it, really was fun.
