Taking time with this pavlova added some sweet cheer to a bleak, wet Sunday afternoon in UK lockdown. Not having an electric mixer meant great I got a great arm workout whipping up the meringue. The zingy flavour of the passionfruit really complimented the sweet touch of the rose in the meringue.
