This was amazing!! Took it along to my sisters dinner party and it was a hit with the kids as well as the adults. The kids loved that the meringue was pink and the addition of pistachios and drizzled chocolate really made it feel like Turkish delight for the adults. Yum! I loved the look of the sprinkled pink roses against the pink meringue and green pistachio. One of my fav colour combinations xx
