It is the first time that I tried this recipe, I could not believe before that the meringue would work with pepper and rosewater. I also used white balsamic vinegar. I could not find passionfruit which was enough ripe, so I only used strawberries and blueberries instead, which are in full season right now. It is just beyond any imagination how delicious it is.
