Once you'll have a taste of this Pavlova cake, your taste buds will send you straight on to cloud 9. That's simply how this cake tastes: just like heaven. And the fresh fruit on top will simply get you to say: bring on the summer season! You won't be able to resist it! P.S.: I wanted to use all of the ingredients to their full potential, therefore out of the 6 remaining egg yolks, I made a super light vanilla cream filling. I just find that it complements so nicely the merengue and the cream topping.
