I used some delicious shortbread cookies for the base and found a fun rectangular shaped pan for a twist! I live in Kansas so I thought using two of my fave fruits together, mango and blackberries to make a sunflower design. I loved the combo of the sweet buttery crust with the tangy and creamy filling and the sweet tart fresh fruit on top! Will definitely make again and I just loved the simplicity of this recipe! So little time and effort for such a show stopping result!
