This was such a fun tart to make! It was easy to follow and super quick. It was also the first time I got to use my new spring-form pan. I tried to make this tart my own by adding some vanilla & agave syrup. I didn't have lemon curd and couldn't find any either so I just substituted a little fresh lemon juice & lemon zest. I added a little design to the top which I think makes it a feast for the eyes and the mouth. Thank you!
