This tart was delightful. Mine wasn't as no-fuss as it could have been because I made my own lemon curd. I had the digestive biscuits, but wish I could have found red currants because I love them. I was very pleased that the ring of my tart pan popped off easily with the crust intact. A great make-ahead dessert for a summer party with stunning good looks and great taste.
