Blackberries from the garden of My in-laws and some redcurrants for colour from the freezer. Crust half digestives (didn’t had enough), half stale Dutch speculaasjes. I Made a But of a fuss cause we couldn’t find lemon curd in the shop so made it myself. Lovely pie for a day that’s too hot to turn the oven on!
