First times are the sweetest. Being Monsoon in India, fresh berries were elusive. Here’s my version of the fresh fruit tart with whatever I could find. The base is made of biscuits; with apples, kiwis, bananas and dried blueberries- layered in simple vanilla custard. Added a pop of colour with mango & pear conserve. This is my first attempt to do something that I love . Thank you Nigella! You’re an inspiration.
