I have been hesitating to make fruit tart as it looks very intricate and complicated. Until I found this No-Fuss Fruit Tart recipe from Nigella and so I give in! Thank you, Nigella for this recipe, no fuss indeed! This is my first tart and I would love to share it with you all. And by the way, I made my own lemon curd for this one. :) I followed the exact recipe as published except that I skipped blackberries due to non-availability and used a 20 cm tart tin only because this is the only one I have. I used pomegranate seeds instead of redcurrants. Me and my partner both love this tart! :)
