Spiced up the home made lemon curd with ground ginger, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg . It worked with cream cheese harmoniously. Base shell was formed in a shallow pie dish, getting it out was like walking a tightrope in size 15 wellies. Strawberries and raspberries sat in clouds of lemon meringue. It was a hit, even with the cheesecake/cream cheese haters
