This sweet galette is really a delight. The rich creaminess of the crème fraiche goes perfectly with the sweet and juicy fruitiness of the blackberries. All I wanted to add was a tart edge by adding some lemon zest, and a touch of freshness for good measure with a few mint leaves. The family loved it!
