End of summer fun. I arranged the fruit on buttered parchment, added the dollops of cream and sugar to the fruit, then laid the pastry on top, tucking edges under. A blackberry, strawberry + peach upside down galette. Nothing better than the scent of slightly burnt berries and sugar to fill the kitchen.
