The crust is exactly Nigella’s recipe. I couldn’t find crime fraiche so I mixed cream cheese with a bit of sour cream and sugar. I added raspberries because I love raspberries and I coated them with egg wash and raw sugar to be just a little extra. Thanks for the idea!
