Made this beauty for my mum’s 74th birthday today. Doubled the crust last minute, realized I didn’t have enough berries, and improvised with gorgeous Anjou pears. Added vanilla rum to the creme fraiche (because, why not). The result is summer-meets-autumn: Delightfully refreshing, comforting, and nostalgic all at once.
