It's that spooky time of year! This mouthwatering truffle like cake covered in an incredibly icing (that gave me a few moments of despair in the mixing process when it represented almost a ball of 'Play-Doh' on adding the icing sugar). But, once returned to the heat the magic happens giving a thick runny sauce!
