This cookalong recipe came at the perfect time since I wanted to bake a cheesecake to celebrate my little girl turning 5 months old! Here’s my version of the Gleaming Maple Cheesecake with fresh tart raspberries for the perfect sweet and sour bite! Pecans in the biscuit base add a great texture and richness and I’m probably going to use this idea with other cheesecake recipes as well.
