Made my cheesecake on a murky Sunday November afternoon and suddenly the kitchen and afternoon took on a new dimension. Every stage of building my cheesecake filled me with joy, apart from the thought that it would become waterlogged in its water bath!!! I can confidently say that part was a success! I served with caramelised banana to give some extra inquisition to my family who were so keen to tuck in!
