I haven’t had any luck baking cheesecakes in the past, most of them turned out to be a disaster to say the least. But I took up the challenge to bake this Gleaming Maple Cheesecake somehow. And it was such a joy to see it turned out really well and tasted as good ! My friends enjoyed it. A Happy Thanksgiving indeed !
