Glistening, mirrored maple-topped cheesy goodness! In homage to some of Nigella’s previous cheesecake recipes, I separated the eggs and folded in the whites for a fluffy texture. Love the blend of maple and pecan, it works beautifully and wasn’t overly sweet.
