The first time I've ever made a baked cheesecake and it came out perfect, with a delicious texture compared to other baked cheesecakes I've tried. Decided to go a bit out of the box with the decorations, with Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon and Maple Syrup glazed Pecans.
